The CDSS Governing Body attaches great importance to the field management expertise. Selection, appointment and career progression of executive management is high on priority list of the Governing Body. The senior management team comprises of:

- Rear Admiral (Retired) Syed Ahmed Baqar, HI(M), Chief Executive (CE), CDSS
The Senior Management team is assisted by well-qualified Unit Heads with considerable experience in day to day management/operations. The academic management team includes:
