INFAQ Teachers’ Conference

The first [annual] Teachers’ Conference was held on 1st March, 2014 at Mufti-Purpose Hall CDSS, to pay tribute to the teaching profession and the commitment of the teachers to encourage education research and training in the profession. The theme of this year’s conference was, “Teachers’ Future in Pakistan.” Mr. Swaleh Naqvi, Co Chairman- Infaq Foundation, Dr. Mohammad Memon, Dr. Meher Rizvi, Mr. Abbas Hussain and Ms. Laila Dossa delivered their speeches on the topic. Vital Tea Company set up two tea stalls, on complimentary basis and AFAQ book publishers set up a book stall. Altogether, 400 people attended the conference.
