The CDSS Governing Body attaches great importance to the field management expertise. Selection, appointment and career progression of executive management is high on priority list of the Governing Body. The senior management team comprises of:

- Mr. Yasir Ashraf, Chief Executive (CE), CDSS
- Mr. M. Umar Shah Rukh Khan, General Manager(GM), CDSS
