The 8th Karachi Literature Festival was organized at Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi on 29th May, 2017. An elegant stall was setup by CDSS in the festival. Rear Admiral (Retd.) Syed A. Baqar, HI (M) Chief Executive, INFAQ & CDSS, addressed the gathering and gave the Best Urdu Fiction Prize to the nominee Mr. Nasir Abas Nayyar.
