The Annual Inter House Sports Day 2023-24 was held on Friday, 22nd December 2023. Mr. Nazim F. Haji, Chairman Management Committee and Member of the Governing Body, CDSS, was the Chief Guest. The Guests of Honor included Mr. Yasir Ashraf, Chief Executive and Member of the Governing Body, CDSS; Mr. M. Umar Shah Rukh Khan, General Manager CDSS; Mrs. Saira Zaidi, Head IETC; Mr. Khalid Wasim, Principal SOS Technical Training Institute (INFAQ Foundation Campus) and Mrs. Asma Nasir, Principal KA.
The Sports Day was organized with events such as the March Past, Band Display, P.T. Display, and Track events for the Senior and Middle Sections. Track events were segregated by gender, allowing boys and girls to compete in activities like the Obstacle Race, Passing the Ring Relay Race, Sack plus Collect the Ball Race, Bust the Balloons Race, Cart Race, Pass the Markers with Sticks, Carry the Water Bottle, Run with the Partner Relay Race, Sack with Helmet Race, 3 Legged Race, Frog Cross the Pond, 4×100 Meters Race, Cycle Race, Long Jump, 400 Meters Flat Race, 200 Meters Race, 4×400 Meters Relay Race, 800 Meters Race, and 100 Meters Flat Race.
A total of 135 medals were awarded to participants who secured the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions in various sports events. Energetic boys and girls from grades IV (A, B, C & D), V (A, B, C & D), VI (A, B, C & D), VII (A, B, C & D), VIII (A, B & C), and IX (A & B) actively took part in the sports, showcasing their talents and competitive spirit. The Green House was the overall winner of the trophy, and the Yellow House was the runner-up. The Red House was the winner in the March Past.
