Workshops at IETC

Motivational presentation “You Can if You Think You Can” was held on 7th of December, 2013 Workshop Presentation

for the B.Ed. students. Presentation was about a girl who was born without arms and a man

born without arms and without legs. The photographs and videos were very impressive and

altogether presentation was inspirational as it showed what a man can achieve if he really

wants it. Post-presentation discussion was held after the presentation.

 

The workshop “Simple Strategies for Efficient Teaching and Effective Lessons” was held on 28th Pupet show at IETC

December, 2013 in the premises of IGITE for B.Ed. students, teachers of IETC and community

teachers. The workshop facilitator was Mr. Muhammad Amir, free lance consultant and trainer.

B.Ed. students actively participated in the individual and group work. Later the workshop was

analyzed and evaluated by the B.Ed. students during the “English Methods” session.

 

 

It is pertinent to mention that students revealed a certain grade of critical thinking, they wereAudiance of the workshop

able to discuss about achievements of objectives of the workshop, distinguish the methods that

facilitator used and evaluate these. As a whole substantial progress in general maturity of the

students as well as a certain development of their critical thinking was observed during

post-workshop session.
