Bridging the Digital Divide to Empower Parents & Students

The management of KA took two initiatives to bridge-up the digital divide to enable digital learning, as briefly described & illustrated below:

a.On Thursday, 17th December, 2020 50 OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) XO-4 (touch) Laptops were issued (on a weekly-basis) to the parents of the students of the Junior Section (Class PG to Class III) to engaged them in learning through digital activities and applications at their homes during the closure of school due to Covid-19 pandemic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

b). On Thursday, 17th December, 2020 20 brand new Box Packed Q-Mobile Rocket Pro were issued to the parents of the students of the Middle Section who cannot afford to buy smartphones to enable their children to take online classes.
