Since young teachers are generally more energetic and keener to enhance their professional faculties, we prefer and encourage the educated & qualified youth to join our faculty, even if teaching experience is not very long.
The starting salary of a full-time teacher is Rs. 25,000/- per month. Our teachers come from different localities of Karachi and are selected after a series of interviews and practical demonstrations. They are provided charged pick-and-drop facility.
The Management is mindful to maintain and enhance the quality of its teachers and thus encourages them to attend professional development courses conducted by leading institutions. Several teachers have attended and benefited from these courses.
